2. How do I create a listing?

To create a listing:

  1. Log in to your Cadinci account.
  2. Click on “Create Listing.”
  3. Provide all the required details about your service.
  4. Submit your listing for approval.

All listings are reviewed for compliance with our guidelines and may take up to 24 hours for approval.

3. How much does it cost to use Cadinci?

Buyers can use the platform for free. Sellers are charged a 15% commission fee on the total value of each completed order. This fee is automatically deducted from the seller’s earnings.

4. When will I receive my payout as a seller?

Sellers can request payouts only after their account balance reaches £100. Payouts are processed on the last working day of each month. Ensure your payment details are accurate to avoid delays.

5. What happens if there’s a dispute between a buyer and seller?

Cadinci will mediate disputes in good faith. Both parties must provide evidence to support their claims. Refunds will be issued to buyers if the seller is found at fault, and the seller will forfeit the 10% commission fee. Decisions made by Cadinci during dispute resolution are final.

6. Can I post product-based listings or unrelated services?

No, Cadinci is strictly a service-based marketplace. Listings must accurately reflect the services being offered. Product-based or unrelated listings will be rejected.

7. Can I take transactions off the platform?

No, taking transactions off the platform violates our terms and conditions. Users found attempting to do so will have their accounts permanently banned.

Posting prohibited content may result in listing rejection, account suspension, or termination.

Yes, sellers are responsible for determining and paying any taxes applicable to the services they provide, such as VAT or income tax. Cadinci does not provide tax advice or handle tax collection on behalf of users.
